Nothing, everything was great.

the room had a nice view from the window, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. I enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered free Wi-Fi , so I could easily stay connected to my online activities.

the maintenance team did not check the room appliances before I checked in, and I had to call them to fix the refrigerator and shower which were not working properly, it took them more than an hour to fix it.

You'll love the convenience of being close to great restaurants and shops. the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and modern amenities, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the staff is friendly and attentive to all your needs.

The elevators could use an update, but they still work well enough to serve their purpose.

Its location in the heart of this city was perfect as it was close to transportation and parking. breakfast was delicious and the staff were excellent.

During my recent stay at a hotel in the bustling city, I encountered some minor inconveniences. the staff at the hotel quickly resolved the issues with the refrigerator and bathroom shower, ensuring a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant and coffee shop in the same building.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was amazing! The holiday vibe was real, and I enjoyed the festive atmosphere. The location of the hotel was perfect because there were a lot of shops and cafes nearby. The room was also spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Plus, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even better.

I did have some issues during my stay. The noise levels were quite high, especially at night.

Upon arrival, we were struck by the opulent ambiance of the hotel's lobby, setting high expectations. the location is ideal for shopping, sightseeing and dining out. the room easily exceeded our expectations, with luxurious amenities and comfortable furnishings that gave us the feeling of being in a home away from home.

The only minor issue was a small leak in the bathroom sink, which was immediately resolved by the maintenance team. the hotel fully met our luxury needs with its exclusive amenities, such as the Jacuzzi and massage services.
